Chenier & the Louisiana Red Hot Band on the Congo Square Stage, the New Zion Trio Plus One in the Gospel Tent, or if I'm feeling mainstream, Los Lobos. Sigh. What's a girl with a belly full of beignets and a Brown Brown to do?
